The Wolf
This animal has been chased and killed to extinction in many places where it used to inhabit. Considered harmful for livestock and dangerous for the man and for other animals the man has declared war to the wolf for generations.
Today, however, we know that wolves control the populations of herbivores and contribute to the subsistence of smaller animals and scavengers who benefit from their hunting.
